Apartment Review for Willowbend Apartments - Tulsa, OK

I have lived at WillowBend for 13 + years through 2 prior management companies Dream Real Estate was by far the BEST!! Willowbend was sold sometime in September this year, we have no idea who is managing the property now. Office Staff is rude and has vulgar language, work orders are not taken care of in a timely manner. Office hours are not consistant. Manager seems to pick on the older residents. Roach problem is getting out of hand, I have not seen pest control since the 1st of September. I feel the property management change was a bad idea. Bring back old management and WillowBend would be a better place to live. Since new management has taken over, severe increase in violence and NO SECURITY. I man was even shot by the police. Not a good place to live. I am moving.
