Apartment Review for Westminster Apartments - Tulsa, OK

this place is horrible i live here now and will be moving soon hopefully... the apartment would not replace the thread bare carpet that i can feel the tacs through it. They shampooed the carpet and a few days later all of the old stains resurfaced. my counter tops lift up. Mine and my boyfriends cars have been broken into. Domestic disturbances go on daily. I always have to park on the side of the street. Even my mail gets messed up here. I also have problems with a 250 dollar electic bill and up. when i turn off my a/c for a month my bill is only 100 dollars whats up with that... and my apartment never reaches below 78 degrees during summer. The management straight up does not care.
