Apartment Review for Vintage On Yale Apartments - Tulsa, OK

I moved to Tulsa in June of 2007 after accepting a job offer in South Tulsa. I came and checked out many apartments on a Saturday and at the time Vintage on Yale seemed to be a cost effective a nice alternative to the other apartment complexes. During move in everything went smoothly. A helpful girl by the name of Brook worked there and made moving from another city so seamlessly. Since my move in the complex is on their fourth set of staff. Maintance remains working flawlessly when the need arrives. My most recent dealings have been with Case & Associates, after six (6) years living in apartments are the worst I have ever been around. Recently we had a small ice storm and the complex failed to salt any of the stairs or walkways (even days after the initial rain/ice) – try sliding down three flights of stairs. Approximately 17 days after Case & Associates announced that they had purchased the apartment, I arrived at my apartment on January 4, 2009 many individuals had eviction notices for not having the their rent paid. Under previous management Rent was due generally on the 5th or 6th of the month depending on what day it fell. I walked up to my own apartment to find a notice of an amount due when I’d already paid rent for the month the problem ended up being a discrepancy in the reading of the lease. I would stay away from Vintage on Yale Apartments and only consider it if it was my last alternative, sure the place as an amazing view but with crooks such as Case & Associates running the complex things are on a downward spiral!
