Not worth the price

This was the first loft endeavor for Tulsa, and for a while they had the monopoly on downtown loft living. The units have many large windows, white walls, low-end appliances, cheap moldings and doors, stock cabinets and floor tile for countertops. The floors are scored concrete which are not sealed and stain easily. These lofts are managed offsite by the rudest group of employees I have ever encountered. Parking is "covered" by metal carports which are open on all sides and offer little protection from the elements. You can hear your neighbor sneeze. The rooftop patio is loaded with loud air-conditioning units and cheap patio furniture which is constantly being vandalized. Management says the closed-circuit cameras scattered around the property are working; however, no one seems to investigate the vandalism, only, management sends memos to residents to be on the lookout for criminals and that it’s residents job of the residents to report criminal behavior and keep the area safe. The stairways are rarely cleaned. The elevator often stops operating due to people smoking in it. My humble opinion after living there for several years is to look elsewhere. The amenities offered at other downtown apartments/lofts far exceed the Tribune and the price is outrageous for what you get. |
