Apartment Review for Tower Crossing - Tulsa, OK

I absolutely HATE my apartment here. I have only lived here since March 06, but my aparment has flooded twice. Not because of the rain, but because of something that has broken. Last summer, my water heater exploded. It took them 3 days to send someone to replace it and get my carpet dried out. Last weekend, I felt the carpet in the hallway getting wet, so I called the office. Monday no one had come to check on a leak, so I had to call again, because by that point I could have gone swimming in the hallway. They finally sent someone in Tuesday, but all they did was pull up the carpet and turn on a high-powered fan. The leak, wherever it is, is still there. My bathroom floor now has 2 inches of standing water and the water has gone under the wall and into my bedroom closet. Worst of all, I didn't discover the water in the closet until it had already ruined 2 pairs of shoes.
