Apartment Review for Tower Crossing - Tulsa, OK

Okay, first of all, just recently, like about a few months back, like in February-March 2007, Capitol Assets assigned new managements to every apartment, and I tell you, these new employees are dim and non-professional. It's like they don't even know what they are doing!

Second, I live in the crappy side, where it is known as the courtyard. What courtyard? A crappy spot where there is barely any grass growing! That's all I see. Also, I know this is personal, but alot of people come live here, such as, the bad people, because mostly everynight, you'd hear them play their music real loud. Also, they smoke weed, and you can smell like all the way from the parking lot! I have one toddler and an infant for God's sake! Also, there was this man, who urinated in the middle of daylight, in the middle of the driveway! Gross bastard, he did it front of my family! I should have called the cops! Area creeps me out!

During our first 6 months living here, we used to park our car outside by the street, until one day we were about to go to the laundromat, and found one of our windows smashed! This issue is constantly happening, because we'd see other cars, that were parked in by the curb out at the street, would get the exact side window smashed. We reported it to the security at the time, but he was only woorking til' 3 in the morning.

And yes, this place is INFESTED, I repeat, INFESTED with ROACHES! They've tried several times trying to terminate the roaches, but during Summer, that's when the roaches crawl out at night and lay everywhere in your livingroom carpet! Gross!

Overall, I had to say, Tower Crossing WAS a great place to live, however due to the new mangagement, the employees barely care about the clients. They haven't even mowed the lawn! It's like almost 1-2 feet, varying! Now it looks like a trashy apartment!
