Apartment Review for Tower Crossing - Tulsa, OK

When I first moved in here 2 years ago, it was a nice place to live. Blanca & Mindy were very helpful & they made sure that maintenance was quick to respond, often the same day a problem was reported. Ever since they left, things have been steadily going downhill. The grounds aren't kept clean anymore. Lumber, refrigerators & ranges, & various maintenance supplies are piled around the outside of the storage building. I complained & was told that everything would be put inside when they put the pool furniture away. That was just after Labor Day, which is also how long I've been waiting for my air conditioner to get fixed. I've called several times, each time someone different has answered the phone & they always act like that's the first they've heard of any requests. The large burner on my electric range doesn't work, the patio screen door needs to be put back on track, I have a window that won't lock & the bathroom door needs to be replaced because it's warped from the bathroom flooding because of the toilet overflowing. I imagine the list will probably grow longer before anything is fixed. Traffic is horrible in the mornings on 41st, but I could live with that if my home was comfortable, but it isn't, so that just adds to my frustration of living here. Those are the cons, now for the pros: my neighbors are friendly, quiet & considerate of each other. Several decorate for holidays & have planted flowers & foliage around their patios. The laundromat is well kept (better than the apartments). All the washers & dryers always work well. I've lived in 2 different apartments here. The parking was horrible at the first one, but is good at the one I'm in now. They do keep the apartments bug free, which isn't easy to do with apartmnts.
