Initial lease terms were to be expected - cheap rent for low quality run down property that floods. Then the lease renewal process jacked the rates up 33% and - if you left early then guaranteed to lose 2 full months lease AND deposit - even with full 30 days written notice. Shyster business practices and price gouging.  Need to rent an apartment?
