Do not move here!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 The Stoneridge apartment staff is kind, but extremely ineffective. Overall the property managers and owners of the apartments do NOT even handle major maintenance problems. I have lived here since Feb. 2007 and it took two weeks and major personal time to get BASIC plumbing and electrical problems fixed when I moved in. Routine maintanence requests are never completed...although they will have written "complete" on the order. Maintenance staff never leaves a note informing you IF they have been in your apt. or not. Supposedly, they hired a new maintenance supervisor a few months ago who would be effective...he too is kind...but now I have waited over 3 weeks for a leaky air conditioner unit to be fixed that has now been soaking my carpet this whole time. Mold is growing on my carpet and my son had developed a cough. Multiple calls to the "district manager in OKC area code" are not only not returned, but it is a VOICEMAIL BOX THAT IS TOO FULL TO ACCEPT MESSAGES. Overall, I would NEVER recommend these apartments due to the complete failure of efficient and even basic human living conditions not being met. They'll take your money, but they have no sense of civic, corporate or community responsibility.
