I lived in these apartments for over a year and never had any problems. There are very few children who live in the complex but there is a park down the street so if you have kids (like I do) you can find playmates. If something broke or needed replacement you just had to ask and they would get it done quickly. Great place to live and budget friendly(all bills paid) as well.  Need to rent an apartment?
