Apartment Review for Sand Dollar On The River - Tulsa, OK

The apartment is nice, and very spacious. There is a fireplace which is very cozy in the winter, and there is plenty of room for both my stuff and my fiance's stuff. There is a free washer/drier which makes life very easy, and a garbage disposal in the sink. The house was repainted and carpeted when we moved in, however the painter in our apartment did a messy job in some places (There are paint speckles on the wood of the cupboards and also on the kitchen floor, and the paint around the pantry door and bedroom window is so thick that the door, and the blinds get stuck sometimes). In the summer I have found that the level of noise from our neighbors, day and night, is atrocious. They drive past with their music full blast all day and late into the night; It is very annoying. The people who live behind us are also very noisy. I do recognize, however, that this isn't, however, a fault of the apartment. The landlord and staff are very nice people who take care in their apartments! Every few days there is someone trimming the weeds and the grass in front of the apartment, and when it snowed there was a lot of salt put down almost immediately. My main concern right now is the amount of time it is taking maintenance to fix our air conditioning. It's summer, and far to hot in our house right now! We have been waiting 3 days for them to come and fix the AC. Overall We are very happy living here! The pool is very clean and nice, and everyone down there is friendly. We have recommended these apartments to a friend who wanted to move out of their old apartments, they moved here and are also happy. These apartments are the best around for the money!
