Apartment Review for Riverchase - Tulsa, OK

This place is not a good family environment. It might be under new management, but they are not any better than the old ones. They do not get things done when they are supposed to, they enter your apartment without notifying you, and they don't hold up to agreements. Get EVERYTHING in writting because they will SCREW you. Yes there is open landscape, but it's not to be used by kids, it's actually a toilet bowl for everyone's pets. A security company had to be hired due to issues such as strange people lurking around, break ins, and people stealing gas(like mine!). The price is good, but the saying is true, "You get what you pay for".
