Apartment Review for Riverchase - Tulsa, OK

We moved into this complex, within 48 hours, the place flooded. We call the office. they did nothing but lend us a fan. The carpet mildewed and the smell was awful. Whenever it rained water came up thru the floor. Water also ran sown the walls until the whole place was full of dangerous mold. We stayed most of our night in a hotel. After threating to call channel 2 works for you. They finally agreed to let us have a different aparrment. They moved us into a place where the carpet was badly torn and stained with pet urine. Again the smell was awful. Trash littered the walk ways and the large amount of bugs greeted you at the door. If you have a choice, make the right one. DONT MOVE TO RIVERCHASE, PLEASE!!!!!!
