Apartment Review for Riverbend Apartments - Tulsa, OK

We've complained multiple times about the noise level of our upstairs neighbors. They play loud music that rattles the dishes in our cabinets and vacuum at 2:30 in the morning. We've gone directly to the neighbors and seen no change, and have also complained to the office with no change. The office staff is lazy and makes no effort to improve the environment. Maintenance has fixed one of the seven problems we reported upon moving in and not addressed any of the others. This is our second apartment with Leinbach and I'm disappointed to say there is a huge difference in service between the two. DO NOT LIVE AT RIVERBEND APARTMENTS.
