Apartment Review for Riverbend Apartments - Tulsa, OK

I really like my apartment. It is very spacious. I have had no problems whatsoever with bugs. The air conditioning unit is very old and at times obnoxiously loud, but definitely not a deal breaker for me. I have always felt very safe here. Sometimes I have to search for a spot to park my car, but usually only if I'm coming in really late. Every time I've had a maintenance request they've been there within a day (often quicker than I expect). Its very quiet, and I haven't had any noise trouble the whole time I've lived here. I think the rent is a bit high, but the floorplans are unique, so that is what sold me on the place when I decided to rent here.
