Or whatever the new name is - Legacy on Lewis?? This place is a dump! The management staff knows about all of the prostitution and drug trafficking yet does not boot these people from the premises because they pay their rent on time... Yep - if you are a whore or a drug dealer, you will love this place.  Need to rent an apartment?
