Apartment Review for Overlook Apartment - Tulsa, OK

I would pass on renting at the overlook. They did do a million dollar renovation, and they do have a good appearance. The service guys are very kind and helpful. They are the best part about the apartment. If you see them and mention a problem, they will go out of their way to help you. It is just dealing with the office personel. You repeatedly report problems that are not fixed promptly. Some areas of the apartments have horrible parking. The walls are not insulated well and you can easily hear your neighbors. You can smell odors from other apartments through the vent system and the inside of the apartment seems dirty. The bugs that appear are knats and ants. It is right by I-44 which is wonderful, but for the price your paying you could get better. I do not know the condition in the other buildings, but this is my opinion on mine.
