Apartment Review for Observation Point - Tulsa, OK

The best way to describe this complex is that You get what you pay for. $399 a mo for a 1 Bedroom sounds great, however what they dont tell you is that 3/4 of your appliances do not work, Carpets are stained and should have been replaced years ago. Managements idea of painting for new tentants is 'spot paint' the marks throughout the apartment. I moved in here 6 months ago and cant wait till my lease expires. My dishwasher nor my stove work in my apartment, I have called Maintenance 15 times a month and have yet to get any result (Maybe because the maintenance guy is the managers hubby) The apartment no matter how much air freshner is used smells musky and like mildew. The health department would condemn these apartments in a heartbeat for certain. Trust me do yourself a favor and pay a little more for something nicer, you'll be sorry if you move here.
