Apartment Review
Beware Monaco Park Scam!
Review Date: 8/12/2007

I am not writing to complain. I am writing to warn. That Monaco Park staff deliberately goes out of their way to harass their tenants in the most unthinkable manner, is already a settled question for many, many renters. The most likely reason why, in my opinion, must have to do with money. My guess is that either the office personnel receives commision for signing new people up, or they have an under the table deal with the cleanup/repair people, or both. If you suffer persecution at the hands of the people in the office I would advise that you notify the Lienbach office at: 2240 E 49th St, Tulsa, OK 74105, (918) 743-2100. The director is a reasonable lady who needs to be alerted to the behavior of Monaco's office personnel. Also, I would suggest asking the local postman about how the tenants moved out in droves, to the point of emptying out the complex, for at least one year before the office started running a "move in" special. At first, seeing all of the U-Haul trucks, on a day to day basis, made me think that the apartments would be losing a massive amount of money. But, I soon realized that the office personnel could have cared less. If anything they seemed to be happy about it. In fact, they even seemed happy when we turned in our non-renewel notice. If you are planning to move to Monaco Park, please consider that the office personnel are capable of using the most meanspirited, and aggressive, tactics imagineable in order to drive you back out of the complex. Also, if you already live at Monaco Park, and feel that the management is literally trying to drive you, or your neighbors, out of the complex, please notify the Leinbach company, and explain this to the director.
