We have lived here 2 years and things were great at the beginning. Now, maintenance is slow in fixing everything. It took them 4 months to fix my blinds! They never call me back when I leave a message. Security patrol doesn't patrol all that much, it was better when they used police officers who lived on site. (i don't think any do anymore). Getting noisier and noisier.  Need to rent an apartment?
