Management plays favorites and sends one of their very few mantenance guys to fix the ceiling fans of their friends before they fix pouring leaks. It took about 3 months to fix one leak of the 5 or so we had. It's not that mantenace isn't good, but they never even get the work orders you put in! You have to go find them and talk them into making the office give them the work order so they can work on things. There have been many issues such as mold, electrical problems, no running water, no air conditioning etc that should have been addressed within 24 hours that went on for days, weeks, or even months. It pretty much takes threatening to sue them before they will fix the problems if they decide they don't like you. Management has even been known to refuse to talk to you because they're "having a bad day."
