Apartment Review for London Square Apartments - Tulsa, OK

This used to be a great place to live when I moved in, but changes in ownership and changes in management have made this place a nightmare. I am just glad that my lease is up and I can move. Management is not responsive to the needs of the tennants and now, you usually get the answering service when you call even during BUSINESS HOURS. The air conditioning has been completely off for extended periods of time during the summer and is now just limping along.

Roofs leak and mold grows everywhere. I have a leak in my apartment that I reported a month ago that still hasn't been fixed. The only time that I have seen a maintenance man in the past year is one time last winter at 2 AM when he came up to investigate a reported leak. I was not called and the maintenance man didn't even call out when he entered the apartment. Repairs, when made, have been substandard and more damage is done during the process of repairs.

There is no security even though the area is now gang territory. We have had numerous violent crimes in the complex as well. Prospective tennants are no longer screened, adding to the dangerous situations here.

I was never so happy as I was when I turned in my 30 day notice. Given the problems, I even made them sign that they had received it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even an enemy.
