I have lived at the Lodge apartments for almost two years now. They are an Equity property, which I have always had good experience with in the past, but this apartment hasn't been up to code. The toilets overflow every 3-5 days, the carpet has patches coming up and complaints about neighbors are not dealt with.  Need to rent an apartment?
