Apartment Review for Heritage Apartments - Tulsa, OK

The manager here, Jason, is great--always listens and is attentive to your problems and needs with your apartment. The apartment features 3 laundries, a dog run, and a fitness center. Our pool is currently out of comission due to electric problems, which is disappointing, but this is the first time that has happened that I know of. I do not reccomend the "all bills paid" units--they have heating and a/c on an antiquated boiler and chiller system, which breaks down often and doesnt really heat or cool sufficiently. The units where the renter pays their own bills are much maintenance is very good and responds quickly to problems nicer and have individual heat and a/c units. pretty quiet place and mostly very nice residents too.
