Apartment Review for Gable Hills - Tulsa, OK

I live in Gable Hills from Januray '07 to January '08 and I will NEVER move back. Here is a list of problems Gable Hill had when I live there: 1. The day I move in, someone kicked a hole in my apt wall that is share with the wall to my bedroom, that hole in the bedroom is still there!! 2. Within the 1st week I moved in, I kept coming home to my apt with the door wide open. At 1st I thought it was me, so the next day I double check to my door before leaving for work; i came home to people running out my apt cause the door was open again!!! The police had to come out and search my apt and when Gable Hills was instructed to call that police officer to resolve the isse, the manager refuse for whatever reason. 3. In April, the security lights went out in my building and a couple other buildings. So if I got home after the sun went down, I was shit out of luck because it was pitch dark making it the perfect opportunity for home invasions and attacks (which was not cool cause my son was one years old at that time); Anyways, they did not fix the lights till august that year!! And they went out again 2 weeks before I moved and remain out when I turned in my keys. 4. Management do not screen their tenants. When I first moved in, the tenants above and below me knew each other and were all meth addicts. When I told management they said it wasn't meth, they addicted to crack and there is nothing they can do about it because they pay their rent on time. At the end of it all the tenants above me went to rehab and the tenants below me went to jail for stabbing their roommate and I saw it all. There was lots of drama and fights, better than 'Cops', but it got old and I got tired of hearing it 5. I moved out in Jan. '08 and I still haven't got the different of my rent nor my deposit. By law they were suppose to give it to me in 30days!! 6. Their pool and playground is wack 7. Management screen the calls and won't answer if they don't want to talk to you. 8. TOO MANY DAMN CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is suppose to be a short review, so I'll stop here
