Apartment Review for Estancia - Tulsa, OK

I enjoyed most of my neighbors. The people their are friendly. There was only one occasion that i saw police lights in our apartment complex. A lot of young people live here on Their own. The free car wash is terrible and u have to pay to use to the car vacum. Stuff inside the club house gets broken by youngsters left alone in the clubhouse and hten the maintenance dont fix it or enforce the rules. the parking once was nice when i first moved in but now they have hte whole place finished its terrible finding a parking place at night after work. Our apartment has leaks everywhere in the ceiling and all they did once we got htem to come out and fix it was spray white paint over it. they said they be back bu tnever did. our heater in winter time literally froze up. The place over all i spend my money somewhere else. Yeah they look nice and good area and good neighbors but terrible crew running the place and maintenance crew lol we have one? Yeah they never returned to fix the leaks. and took us 3 years for them come and fix our air condition thermostat that caused our bill to be high on electric. OH the overall finish of hte apartments u can tell they were thrown up fast.
