Apartment Review for Deerfield Estates - Tulsa, OK

I have lived at Deerfield Estates for 2 years with my husband, we have had 2 problems but only 1 was a real bother. The Bottom end apartment has a tendency to flood because the plumbing all drains next to our apartment so if you do move here either do so upstairs or in between the end apartments. The only other thing I was talking about is our upstairs neighbors, we have had 2 different ones since we moved here, the first sounded like they were dropping bowling balls all the time, and the new ones have a huge dog, so try to get an upstairs one if possible. other than that maintenance is awesome and prompt with getting things fixed, and the office staff is very nice. good place to live
