Apartment Review for Creekwood Apartments - Tulsa, OK

Where do I start? 1. Management, especially the property manager, is the worst I have encountered. The office staff is nice, but wow the upper management has this attitude that not only do they not care about you as a tenant, they do not care about you as a person, rather you are a piggy bank that they receive money from and should never have to provide any type of customer service. THIS ALONE MAKES THIS APARTMENT THE WORST I HAVE LIVED IN. 2. Appliances were terrible and broken and sometimes took multiple times to get them fixed. 3. my electric bill was 150.00 a month average for a 2-bed economy. WAY TOO HIGH for someone who lives hot during summer and cold during winter with little electronics. 4. Spiders/bugs... 5. MOVE OUT FEES! once again the MGMT will try to nickel and dime you or get a lump sum out of you if they can. We had about 2-3 visible stains on the carpet, so instead of cleaning the carpet first, they rip the entire apartment up and charge is 1,000 for carpet and then point to the "stains underneath the carpet" as their evidence for doing such a repair. TOTAL JERKS. - this apartment would be great if they just fired the managers and put a new management team in place.
