Apartment Review for Brookwood Apartments - Tulsa, OK

My wife and I sold our Home and moved to Oklahoma a few years back, After 3 years of flooding vandalism and crime.Through lifelong friends we stumbled upon the best kept secret in Tulsa,Ok. We moved to Brookwood Apts. and have lived in quiet tranquil atmosphere with an onsite Manager that was never too busy to solve and resolve any and all isues that arose.Donna we miss you lady. The maint.man is always up to the task and trys to compensate for his sudden lack of support.In the past 3 weeks we have seen our beautiful Home spiral downward due to obvious lack of management and Donnas Genuine concern for our and all tenants wellbeing. The tenants here are a small quiet and closeknit family and numerous gatherings in the courtyard have us all concerned and amazement at the conditions so rapidly deteriorating.Our beautiful and well manicured courtyard is dying do to lack of water,every morning there is beer cans and bottles strewn about and ciggarette butts have replaced the flowers. Since there is now no one here to monitor the property an element is taking root in the form of late night balcony parties the back alley is now a hangout for unsavory characters and its just not the Home that we Have known and loved. A month ago I would have said if you're family oriented and you want a place for your children to feel safe this is the place to be. As of the writing of this review I would not only not advise it We the tenants don't know where we stand from day to day. It trully is heart breaking. What a difference a person who cares can make.
