Apartment Review for Brittany Square - Tulsa, OK

when the property was owned by equity it was outstanding. now that case has it, well it's a case place. management is rude and lazy and very inept at doing anything. when a problem is brought to their attention they either shrug their shoulders and say what can i do? or the standard answer from them is "i don't know" i really don't know how or why they are even employed with case. i do know one thing for sure, the quality of the property has gone way way down since case and this "management team" has taken over. and maintenance is a total joke. They have recently raised the rent to a ridiculous price. this property does not substantiate that kind of rate hike. and absolutely nothing is being done to justify the increase. this is an older complex that has not been updated in some time. of course the management team has made sure that their office and surroundings have been updated, but as far as the property goes, it's going to the dogs and they could care less. this team is lazy, thoughtless, uninterested and uncaring. i would advise anyone looking to please pass on this place. and pass on any place that has that big red cube in front of it. it will be the same anywhere as long as it is a case place.
