Apartment Review for Brandywine - Tulsa, OK

the office staff at brandywine is pretty nice. and the parking is great, i always have a space right in front of my apartment......BUT, this is a very unsafe part of town. pretty much anywhere north of 41st street is bad. the maintenance staff here doesn't exist. i can never get anything fixed. my car has been broken into and over $1500 worth of stuff was gone. they say they have security, but i have never seen anything that resembles security here. 95% hispanics live here and 4.9% white trash. the other .1% is people like me that were dumb enough to take the sales pitch and move it. but i am breaking my lease and moving out this week
