Apartment Review for Avondale Apartments - Tulsa, OK

Pretty much the whole place is a craphole. The other tenants either ask u to smoke crack weed etc, put their arms around you, follow you, ask for money (they always come up with something really sad to make you feel bad for them i.e. their grandmother died and they gotta get back to muskogee) or bang around at all hours of the day and night. The management sucks for lack of a better word. We have temites in building 7017 and an entire second window that they've created for us!!! upon telling management we were told they would spray however i've yet to have someone come to my apartment!!! Also if u aren't a fan of spiders run away we have lots of BROWN RECLUSES in our building 7017 as well!!! the dishwasher doesnt work the toilet clogs once a month if not more, the place has a really bad smell the knobs on the stove don't belong to it and fall off regularly and unless you wanna smell like sewage water i don't suggest you take a shower or brush your teeth with their water!!!! i don't even suggest cooking with it the pipes smell so bad!!!! Holes in walls,ceilings and floors seriously you really should just look the other way i can't wait to leave the whole place SUCKS and the people there too!!!!!!!
