Apartment Review for Autumn Woods - Tulsa, OK

This place has their management (Warren Properties) based out in California, and they do not keep their premises clean. The heaters always fail in the winter. 1 person was shot and killed in the apartments when I stayed there. They do not do criminal background checks this place is the ghetto. They have a laundry facility that has a known issue with taking quarters and not working, I have complained about this issue and was pretty much S-O-L. The management here are not too professional either, the managers that work in the office look way worser than the tenants (crackheads, ex-cons, etc.). Dont say I didnt warn you, thank god for the internet.
