They are located right next to the river at 31st and Riverside Drive. Convenience is a plus for this apartment with grocery stores, public library, river parks, downtown access, highway access, and the famous Brookside area all within a 5 minute drive.The prices are fair. The manager is great. But the other staff change so often it is hard to talk to someone about a recurring problem. Maintenence is slower than a mule with one leg. The security gates are nice..... when they work.If you're into have a nice pool then you might try somewhere else. Sundance's pool is very small. A single small group of people can easily
