| I think these are really great apartments.Two large bedrooms and two full baths. The living area is between them. You can have a utility room or not. These are not fancy, just good, plain living areas. There is plenty of parking, but the lots need attention here and there. There is a pool and two laundry rooms. No other fancy stuff. Maintenance is VERY good about coming and fixing serious problems right away.However, it took three reports to get the light on the outside stairs fixed...and I fell down them because I couldn't see! The rent is reasonable, but they don't really warn you that you will also be paying them water/sewer & trash, which has been running me about $25 per month. Hot water heater and Central Heat are both gas.The stove and dryer are electric.The apartment comes with a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal.All of mine work fine. They have folks walking around picking up the grounds every day, but there are a lot of children, college students and sometimes sloppy folks.The landscaping is nice. I like this place! (I just need a smaller place now and this complex is all identical.) |
