Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  3/30/03      Rate This Apartment     Chris Cook is the maintenance engineer and he is great!Anne Brooks is the property manager and she is horrible as a manager.Her behavior is very unprofessional and she does not get the job done.She ignores what is taking place here--the rise in crime and the increase of drug dealers.
