The apartment was very old and worn. The walls were awful thin, and it was easy to hear the neighbors. The other residents seemed nice enough, though we did not interact with them much. The biggest problem I had was when we moved out. I spent several hours cleaning the place to make sure it was in good condition, and when the apartment manager inspected it, she seemed very pleased and told me I would get my entire deposit back. She even gave me this in writing. However, they only returned 1/6 of the deposit, charged me for an extra month that I did not live there, and altered the signout document. It was easy to see they had changed it, and I would have been successful if I had taken them to court, but I dont have the time to take off work and do this. My advice, go someplace else. Its not worth what you end up paying.
